RS HR (the Company) is a recruitment business which provides human capital for its client’s job vacancies and jobs for job seekers. When you register with RS HRD Team Solutions you are requested to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and other information that is relevant to your personal circumstances or career history. RS HR Team will only share your personal data such as a CV with a client or a prospect client with your prior consent. Your personal data is required by a contractual requirement (e.g. our client may require this personal data).

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations of MHRD, require us to keep Job-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with Job-finding services.
We must also keep your payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by MHRD and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
Where the Company has obtained your consent to process your personal or sensitive personal data, we will do so in line with our retention policy.
